Mechanical watches are powered by the movement of your wrist as you wear it.   It is recommended that you use a watch winder when you are not wearing your watch every day.   If you use a watch winder for your Bulova Automatic, set your winder to 700 – 900 CW rotations per day.  Please refer to our Manuals page to find the manual for your watch.
