Warranty Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Your new Bulova watch is supplied with a 3 year limited warranty, valid from the date of purchase and valid to the original owner only.

The limited warranty only comes into force if the warranty card is fully and correctly completed by an authorized Bulova dealer at the time of purchase and/or you provide an original proof of purchase.

Coverage:

The warranty covers repairs to all parts of the watch that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. In some instances, Bulova, at its discretion, may choose to replace the watch with a comparable model.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage or any claim after the warranty period has expired.
  2. Any periodic service or maintenance that may be required for your watch.
  3. Damage resulting from improper handling, abnormal use, alteration, negligence or lack of care of the watch. Or following any repair from a non Bulova authorized service center.
  4. Normal wear and tear and aging, including deterioration and scratches to the watch components and their surfaces, including but not limited to, the crystal, crown, push buttons, watch band/strap and watch case.
  5. The Power cell/ battery (in case of a quartz watch)
  6. Water damage if the watch is not marked “water-resistant” and moisture or water damage to watches which are improperly resealed after opening of the case;
